Our Services

Universal Freight Services provides the fastest and most efficient movement of cargo to any destination in the world.

We have freight forwarding associates worldwide who are professionals and registered with IATA (International Air Transport Association). They have offices located close to all major airports and seaports. These are perfect locations to provide the most efficient service to our international clients.
Whether you require regular major contract services or ll, one-off delivery, you can relax in the knowledge that our friendly, highly experienced staff will care for your shipment as if it were their own. In addition to individual point-to-point air, sea and road freight transportation, we provide tailored transport facilities when door-to-door delivery, costs or other criteria are specified. We regularly provide specialized services such as hand carried goods, M.I.B., full customs clearance and large consignments such as Exhibitions. Our associates operate own Bonded Transit Shed (ERTS) and Bonded Warehouse.

Overseas Agents Network

We have an extensive network of over 40 overseas agents worldwide, allowing us to perform 'cross trade' (Movement of cargo that does not originate or is not destined for countries we have our own offices). Our network of agents enables us to provide services such as customs clearance and delivery at all destination. With import cargo it allows us to provide a fully multi-modal service from the supplier's door to our customer's door (Door to Door Services).

USA
We have offices at virtually every major city and gateway and are able to quote for all import traffic from the USA.

AUSTRALIA
We have strong links with Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin and Hobart in Tasmania.

SOUTH AFRICA
Strong relationships exist in all major gateways including Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town and the sea freight port of East London.

FAR EAST
We have strong links in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea. Other countries such as Indonesia and Japan are growing in strength.

EUROPE
Coverage exists for all main EEC countries including France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Greece, Italy, and Portugal. We also work with non EEC members such as Bulgaria, Switzerland, Turkey, Malta and Norway.

REST OF WORLD
India, New Zealand, Argentina, Brazil, Dubai and Israel are some other areas that are increasing in traffic movement.
